The selected candidate plays a key role in providing efficient and effective support managing all governance processes related to the Boards of Directors, subsidiaries, internal management committees and shareholders.


  • As an Associate Director for Risk Governance and Analysis, you will be responsible for all processes associated with the preparation and running of Management Risk Committee and Board Risk Committee meetings.
  • Reviewing committee meeting materials for clarity and adherence to best practices
  • Providing feedback and recommendations on these materials, when warranted
  • Aggregating and posting meeting materials or other critical communications for committee review
  • Overseeing all aspects of committee meeting administration
  • Drafting committee meeting minutes and submitting minutes for review and sign-off by key stakeholders
  • Overseeing the inventory of committee deliverables and action items to ensure that all committee requirements are being met
  • Serving as a committee liaison to coordinate board committee agendas and topics
  • Maintaining and reevaluating the committee charters from time to time
  • Maintaining the committees’ records
  • Provide governance assistance to internal management committees and councils
