Office Status: Hybrid

Salary: $125,000 – $140,000

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Front Office Risk analysis across US Global Markets’ three major business lines.
  • Monitor market activity and review positions taken by Trading Desks and Counterparties. Develop an understanding of the most significant risks and the factors driving performance.
  • Analyze risks taken by the business using techniques such as VaR, Stress testing, Concentration/ Liquidity assessment, etc. and produce appropriate reporting and recommendations.
  • Where necessary, challenge Traders and Risk-takers around the risk profile and positions.
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with the team, Corporate Risk, Traders, and Global Markets management.
  • Work with the team to enhance our risk measurement framework including stress/scenario analysis, risk tools, and new approaches to analyzing risk.
