AVP, Business Management & Controls, Treasury Americas

Office Status: Hybrid

Salary: $85,000 – $140,000

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Head of Strategy & Controls – to support definition and delivery of the strategy, for the Treasury Function
• Good exposure across Americas Treasury, and working with global colleagues across COO
• Work across the Treasury teams and functions, to gain a good understanding of Treasury – and identification and remediation of key risks
• Oversight, management and driving key Run the Bank controls, and Change the Bank control enhancements
• Drive enhancements to the Americas Treasury Risk and Control Assessment (RCA) – a key Global and Americas strategic project
• Operate in a collaborative nature and propose creative and effective solutions to business challenges. Ensure deliverables are completed in accordance with all relevant firm wide controls and governance standards, and ensure quality in written regulatory documentation, including preparation of slides and review of presentations
