Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

Responsibilities:

  • Organize the Credit Approval Committee. Schedule the bi-weekly Credit Approval Committee Meetings, invite Voting Members, ensure quorum, prepare the Committee agenda and distribute Committee reading materials. Distribute and collect voting sheets from Committee Voting Members. Maintain voting records from Credit Approval Committee.
  • Organize and distribute credit decisions from Credit Approval Committee and credit decisions resulting from delegated approval credit authority.
  • File credit reports and supporting documents resulting from credit decisions from Credit Approval Committee and credit decisions resulting from delegated approval authority. File Post-Committee updates.
  • Maintain, review and report upon Credit Approval Department delegated approval records.
  • File management. Organize, prepare and upload credit files related to internal and external loan review & audit requests.
  • Update and maintain Master Credit File as per the File Management process.
  • Maintain the training records for the Credit Approval Department.
  • Support Credit Management Information System including portfolio analysis and periodic reporting. Monitor the data quality in GCMS system and credit report, and follow up the correction of data discrepancy. Report the Credit Data discrepancies to ensure the key data accuracy.
  • Loan closing administration. Sign off the Facility Information Sheet upon loan closing and check the data in GCMS to ensure the data integrity.
  • Others. Support credit policies, procedures, and training. Assist Credit Approval staff in other duties and assignments as required. Other requirements may arise as per the growth of the portfolio.
