Be the subject matter expert for their Information area (Data Subject Areas) and business data value chains
Participate in projects, visualize, and present insight
Contribute with ideas and initiatives for data driven decisions and business insight
Define and implement data standards for the Business area
Define data requirements, policies and standards, and advise in implementation
Keep up to date with relevant regulations and legislations relating to their data set, review and identify implications and take subsequent action
Document BU systems and support Custodians
Maintain BU definitions within governance toolset
Work with stakeholders and the business areas to define and control data
Document business-related data flow traceability (data lineage) to the original source in collaboration with the data process owners for relevant systems (capture the full ETL Lifecycle)
Develop and execute data related projects, and be the gatekeeper for data quality needs for new projects
Be the escalation point for and raise BU data related topics / issues to Data Coordinator / Data Governance in Head Office
Assist in translation of data into actionable insight for the organisation
General support to the CB Data Coordinator in the international axis
