AVP, Enterprise Risk Governance (Mandarin Speaking)

Job Duties:

Risk Governance Support

· Prepare relevant materials and support the Chief Risk Officer (“CRO”) to fulfill his responsibilities, including annual CRO work summary, CRO training materials

· Support the CRO in planning activities to promote risk culture, including organizing town halls, offsite, team survey analysis, etc

CUSO Risk Management

· Maintain the Bank’s Risk Governance Framework and CUSO Risk Management and coordinate the governance process of reviewing and approval proposed updates

· Support the CRO to fulfill his risk oversight responsibility over CUSO operations

· Support implementation, review and approval of the CUSO risk governance and risk reporting matters

· Support the CRO to manage all aspects of the risk function, including processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks

Committees Secretary

· Maintain and update the charter and the related documentation of the US Risk and Management Committee.

· Maintain and update the charter and the related documentation of the Risk Management and Internal Control Committee.

· Primary point of contact to coordinate the quarterly risk committee meetings, including set up agenda, consolidate meeting materials, record voting results and generate meeting minutes

· Primary point of contact coordinating with the relevant departments/teams the above-mentioned Committee meetings

KRI Framework Maintenance

· Maintain the KRI inventory and KRI Procedure

· Coordinate the tracking of the RAS and non RAS KRI results monthly

· Conduct research and support the CRO to identify improvement areas in the KRI framework

Job Requirements:

· Bilingual abilities in English and Mandarin required

· Minimum 3 years of relevant risk governance experience in banking

· Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business or relevant majors is preferred

· Deep Understanding of relevant regulations such as OCC, FRB, FDIC, CFPB, and FFIEC is required

· Exceptional communication, multi-tasking, analytical, problem solving and time management skills is required

· CBAP, PMP, FRM, or CFA certifications preferred
