Job Description:
- Assist in reviewing and updating BCM Policy and Procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
- Assist in coordinating business impact analysis and risk assessment processes, updating relevant information as required
- Assist in reviewing and updating branch-wide and departmental BC plans
- Assist in planning, organizing, executing and evaluating BCM related exercises and tests
- Assist in completing BCM related reports, including committee reports
- Assist in any other BCM related activities as directed
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in business continuity management is required
- Knowledge of and practical experience in all facets of BCM lifecycle activities
- Good understanding on regulatory requirements such as FFIEC and OCC requirements, and experience in incorporating the requirements in BCM policy and procedures is required
- Proficient English verbal and written communication skills are required
- Knowledge of banking and/or financial services industry is required
- Team player with experience to work with people at different levels of the organization is required
