This position sits within the Compliance Anti-fraud Team which is part of the Compliance department (CPAD). The Anti-fraud Team is responsible for developing, overseeing, maintaining and supporting the Anti-fraud program including, Internal Fraud Risk Management. This team acts in an advisory capacity and as a subject matter expert providing credible challenge to in-scope first line of defense activities and performing second level controls.

This role will assist and support the team with reviews such as New Products Risk Assessment and other Internal Fraud initiatives/projects aimed to improve program effectiveness and efficiencies.


  • Conduct New Product Risk Assessment reviews covering Internal Fraud risk
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback on New Product Assessment reviews, and obtain necessary approvals, as well as log/track, and ensure to completion 
  • Support other Internal Fraud initiatives/projects as needed
  • Support team reporting, tracking and metrics, and as needed work with respective stakeholders to obtain the same
  • Ensure proper departmental practices are in place to consistently maintain and safeguard confidentiality of information and support the highest level of ethical standards. 


  • Experience drafting power-point presentations
  • Experience using Excel and reporting in excel
  • Written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain credible relationships with key stakeholder groups
  • Planning, coordinating and managing projects
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, and adjust to changing priorities
  • Fraud or Financial Crimes Compliance experience a plus
  • 2-5 years of comparable or relevant work experience
  • BA/BS
