Office Status: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
Salary: $100,000 – $130,000
Responsibilities:
- Establish standards and for coordinating the Conduct Risk continuous monitoring obligations across all business lines on behalf of the regional Compliance operations.
- Review existing monitoring programs and processes to assess against regulatory and industry standards
- Devise and design monitoring processes and systems for CUSO Compliance and the entities within the CUSO, as well as compiling and producing associated management reporting.
- Support the development and maintenance of the Annual Monitoring plan in accordance with Monitoring practices policies and procedures.
