Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Head of Compliance Reporting to enhance the development of the Compliance Risk Reporting Framework, including communicating with other functions across Compliance to identify opportunities where manual processes can be automated;
  • Provide support in analyzing Compliance Risks and preparation of reports for senior management and Board meetings, to enable effective decision-making and monitoring of compliance risks;
  • Provide recommendations about the methods and ways in which Compliance can obtain and analyze data to improve quality and efficiency;
  • Contribute to effectively addressing identified risks and help to further evolve Compliance risk metrics;
  • Help collect and interpret data, then analyze the results and identify risk trends;
  • Assist in the design and execution of a governance process to ensure proper oversight of the metrics program and work with the MIS Team (as needed) on data integrity as program evolves;
  • Produce monthly and quarterly Compliance Risk metrics for reporting;
  • Support program initiatives to include contributions to policies, procedures, processes, communications, etc., as applicable;
  • Participate in Ad hoc projects, analysis and presentations;
  • Assist in ongoing Compliance Reporting Transformation efforts to reflect continued centralization of Compliance programs/functions.
