Office Status: Hybrid
Salary: $125,000 to $150,000

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct due diligence (credit analysis) on new project finance transactions, prepare credit applications and internal rating proposals for all new transactions, present transactions internally, and manage the credit process with the Credit Department.
  • Manage the documentation process of project finance transactions with the Branch’s legal team.
  • Monitor and manage existing project finance transactions, including the review and processing of waivers and amendments, the review of internal ratings, and internal reports.
  • Explore and build relationships with new sponsors, financial advisors (FAs), and lenders to find new opportunities in project finance.
  • Understand external regulatory matters and the Bank’s internal credit risk management frameworks.
  • Conduct research on various topics and produce reports on new sectors, new countries, and regulatory frameworks related to the Branch’s credit portfolio when required on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Attend bank meetings, industry events, conferences, and seminars.
  • In coordination with the middle-back team, complete the administrative processes such as KYC and initial processing work for operations.
  • Assist the senior manager with internal Branch reporting when required.
  • Provide general clerical support to the Senior Manager including, but not limited to, photocopying, filing, record keeping, mailing, scheduling, and messaging.
