Job Description:

  • Engage with vendors to conduct assessment on the Branch’s risk governance related frameworks and structures
  • Provide review, challenges and sensible recommendations on deliverables from vendors
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to complete all tasks in project plans timely and with good quality
  • Prepare meeting materials for senior-level committee meetings, incl. socializing the key attributes, creating meeting slides, coordinating review with key stakeholders
  • Lead project management efforts, including following up with the project status in a timely manner, responding to reasonable requests from vendors, running Working Group meetings, drafting minutes of key discussions and etc.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management within the financial/banking industry
  • Proven experience of effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for communicating to C-suite and for report writing
  • Proficiency in PPT, Excel and Word
