Office Status: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office)
- Project Governance – Responsible for maintaining and implementing the framework. Analyze, plan, manage and track the governance dimensions of all projects across the firm and work closely with all lines of businesses to effectively monitor ongoing projects. Develop, monitor and ongoing review of policies and procedures against industry standard and regulatory requirements.
- Project Management – Responsible for managing key branch projects. As the one of critical project manager, lead the project management of key branch projects.
- Operational Change Management – Responsible for establishing and then maintaining and implementing the framework. Maintain the branch-wide framework to identify, measure and control the risks associated with operational changes. Develop, monitor and ongoing review of policies and procedures against industry standard and regulatory requirements.
- Administration & Planning – as a key management member of Administration & Planning Group, lead and support initiatives related to Group’s responsibilities including interaction with the affiliate companies, preparing meeting and committee materials and presentations for high level executives, maintenance of policies and procedure, and responding to Group-related regulatory requests.
