Job Function:
- Prepare materials for the various Senior/Executive Management committees
- Work closely with the Head of Governance on a daily basis, addressing ad hoc requests and gather key information to be included in various presentations
- Maintain the compliance policy and procedure inventory, including management of the update cycle with policy and procedure owners and coordinate the review and update of policies and procedures, both on a periodic basis or as needed based on regulatory updates and supervisory or audit inputs
- Coordinate the management approval process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience is required
- Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills (advanced understanding of PowerPoint) is required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines is required
- Prior experience in preparation of presentation materials is required
- Big 4 experience is a plus
- Project management skills is a plus
- Ability to work with multiple teams to secure information for inclusion in Senior/Executive Management presentations is required
Ability to analyze data and convert information into charts and graphs is required - Ability to interpret US compliance regulations applicable to the US Branches is required
