Governance Compliance


Job Function:

  • Prepare materials for the various Senior/Executive Management committees
  • Work closely with the Head of Governance on a daily basis, addressing ad hoc requests and gather key information to be included in various presentations
  • Maintain the compliance policy and procedure inventory, including management of the update cycle with policy and procedure owners and coordinate the review and update of policies and procedures, both on a periodic basis or as needed based on regulatory updates and supervisory or audit inputs
  • Coordinate the management approval process


  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience is required
  • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills (advanced understanding of PowerPoint) is required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines is required
  • Prior experience in preparation of presentation materials is required
  • Big 4 experience is a plus
  • Project management skills is a plus
  • Ability to work with multiple teams to secure information for inclusion in Senior/Executive Management presentations is required
    Ability to analyze data and convert information into charts and graphs is required
  • Ability to interpret US compliance regulations applicable to the US Branches is required
