Governance Consultant




Job Description:

  • Use Articulate Storyline, coordinate and develop eLearning courses in the annual plan for delivery to target audiences via the learning management system
  • Work with SMEs/content owners to develop training content and build eLearning training products
  • Coordinate and project manage, with HRD, the uploading and technical testing for all eLearning courses (both in-house and vendor built)
  • Work with the LCD Training Coordinator to schedule eLearning training sessions and to identify the required audiences to be loaded into the learning management system
  • Assist with coordination of instructor-led training, particularly the post training exam/quiz process and ensure HRD receives all evidence of the training sessions (e.g., sign-in sheets, test/quiz results, and employee surveys/feedback forms)
  • Assist, as needed, in developing and maintaining monthly MI Reporting on all training that is delivered and report, as an example, all completed sessions, those that are past due, track employees that have missed their required training sessions, track those employees who have failed the mandatory test/quiz after each session, etc.
  • Ensure HRD is provided with all required training records/information on a timely basis
  • Work with the Head of LCD Training to address any gaps that may be identified in the Training Plan/Assessment and provide timely resolution Work with the course owners/content owners and vendors to design and develop training courses on the annual plan
  • Work with the Head of LCD Training to ensure execution the LCD Training Procedure and to ensure the Procedure conforms to the overall HRD Training Policy

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, advanced degree a plus
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience as a training specialist involved in executing an annual training plan
  • Four years’ experience managing projects training projects including proficiency with course content software such Articulate Storyline
  • Experience managing projects related to regulated industry a plus
  • Experience in banking and financial services a plus
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Solid understanding of training project management processes
  • People management/ leadership skills, team player
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Advanced skills in Articulate, Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio and PowerPoint
