Help Desk Consultant

  • Complete the helpdesk requests assigned to the consultant
  • Troubleshoot any issues raised in helpdesk tickets
  • Assist in the management of the bank’s workstations & software licenses
  • Assist in the management of user’s remote access
  • Assist in the management of user’s mobile email application
  • Ensure the monthly security patches and critical patches are deployed to all systems
  • Assist the PC Support team with other projects if needed

Job Requirements

  • Strong Understanding of computers and how they operate
  • Experience installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and peripherals (printers and scanners)
  • Provide technical support for users across the company (either in person or over the phone)
  • Communication skills and ability to guide non-technical users with step-by-step solutions to resolve an issue
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Windows 10 Enterprise environment
