Job Function:


Duration: 6 months

Job Description:

  • Complete helpdesk request and troubleshoot any issues raised in helpdesk tickets
  • Assist in the management of Bank-wide workstation, software licenses, and remote accesses (e.g. VPN, email etc.)
  • Ensure the monthly security patches and critical patches are deployed to all systems
  • Assist the PC support team with any projects if needed

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree is preferred
  • Major in business IT related field is required
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience is required
  • Experience with computer hardware, software, systems, and peripherals installation is required
  • Good communication skill to guide non-tech users with step-by-step solutions to resolve issues is required
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office, Windows 10 Enterprise Environment, Avamar, Cisco Jabber, Ivanti’s Landesk, McAfee, MobileIron and Symantec etc.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is highly preferred but not required
