Job Description:

Compliance training programs’ implementation:

  • Preparation on compliance training programs
  • Communication with different parties on training expectations and requirements
  • Training completion status tracking
  • Compliance new hire training and new consultant training assignment and monitoring

Learning Management System Maintenance

  • Daily account maintenance
  • Weekly account creation
  • Monthly account review
  • Training creation in system
  • Assignment rules editing
  • Data cleanup and upload
  • Report generating on an as needed basis

Other training related tasks

  • Training forms processing
  • Training records consolidation

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree is preferred
  • Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience
  • Detail-oriented and patient
  • Experienced with Microsoft Suites, especially excel
