Office Status: Hybrid

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with recruitment activities, such as job posting, screen resumes, coordinate interview meetings, process invoices, and liaison with external recruiter and internal stakeholders (hiring managers) for talent solutions. In addition, help with the on/off boarding of employees.
  • General administrative support in various talent management processes, including HRIS and preparation of training materials, uploading of procedures.
  • Help with company events such as employee appreciation activities, wellness program, internship initiatives, etc.
  • Support HR management for special projects/assignment as deemed appropriate.

Education and Other Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree (Human Resources or related curriculum)
  • 2-4 years of HR work experience, in banking industry or relevant industry, functional or -relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS (Word/Excel/Power Point)
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and writing
  • Ability to work independently.
