Summary
- Production and User Support for various in-house and outsourced applications
- In depth analysis of an issue and consulting with the system users and vendor
- Assist and coordinate Install, test, support various system upgrades
- Support interfaces among various banking systems
- Day to day systems administration of several In-House applications
- Assists in system design and analysis. Prepares system documentation, performs testing, debugging, adjusting and modification functions as required.
- Assist various bank department by creating ad hoc and periodic reports from various in House and outsourced applications
- When needed assist IT Operations with end of day tasks
- Perform other duties, as assigned, which fall within scope of responsibility.
Skills
- Knowledge of Banking Products (Deposits, Loans, Treasury, etc)
- Knowledge of Banking Applications (FIS Application Suite) and data flow
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Nested formulas) and other Microsoft Products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of VB Script or similar; ability to understand code
- Business Analysis & Quality Assurance
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Database knowledge – ability to write and read SQL queries
- Knowledge of CLI tools such as powershell, CMD etc.
