
Wealth Management Client
Office Status: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Manage Project set up and budget allocations
- Track spend and burn rates for Projects, and ensure financial risks and opportunities are identified
- Work closely with Agile Release Trains to create Program level reporting that provide transparency on progress, planned versus actual task execution, risks and issues, and overall health
- Assist with the definition of processes and procedures where needed to implement consistent practices across the organization
- Provide backup support to IT Financial Analyst which includes invoice processing and monthly reporting
- Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University, preferably in Computer Science or related subject
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager with a successful track record of managing IT projects end to end
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to change
- Expertise with MS office products, specifically Excel and Power Point
- Agile / JIRA experience would be ideal but not required
- Finance experience would be ideal but not required
