Office Status: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Project set up and budget allocations
  • Track spend and burn rates for Projects, and ensure financial risks and opportunities are identified
  • Work closely with Agile Release Trains to create Program level reporting that provide transparency on progress, planned versus actual task execution, risks and issues, and overall health
  • Assist with the definition of processes and procedures where needed to implement consistent practices across the organization
  • Provide backup support to IT Financial Analyst which includes invoice processing and monthly reporting
  • Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University, preferably in Computer Science or related subject
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager with a successful track record of managing IT projects end to end
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to change
  • Expertise with MS office products, specifically Excel and Power Point
  • Agile / JIRA experience would be ideal but not required
  • Finance experience would be ideal but not required
