Job Description: 

  • Monitor and maintain database of IT contract management;
  • Coordinate and monitor IT training, employee attendance and other office logistics;
  • Arrange meeting and take minutes;
  • Timely and proactively provide responses upon request and follow up with other functions

Job Requirement:

  • 1+ year of experience in office administration
  • Detail oriented, highly focused and organized
  • Able to work independently and accurately with good communication skills
  • Knowledge of IT operation and services preferred
  • Fluent in Chinese
