Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for improving and maintaining an ongoing corporate wide tailored employee BSA/AML/OFAC training program assuring regulatory compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC practices
- Oversight of budget planning and management
- Compliance Committee Support (CMC/AMLOC)
- Compliance Committee of the Board Support (CCOB)
- Assisting the BSAO in review the BSA/AML policies and procedures in respect of regulatory compliance, as well as the BSA/AML/ OFAC requirements
- Staff (FTE/Contractor) resource planning & evaluation
- Project support planning and management
- Budget Planning & Evaluation
- Oversight of Parent Bank Reporting with CCOB approval
- Support the functions of the Quality Assurance team as necessary
- Gather and report pertinent for BSA/AML/OFAC for further reporting to Senior Management
- Assist BSA Management to remediate issues
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Preferer a retail banking experience
- Conducted and/or assisted the remediation plan for the Part 504
