Quality Control Analyst (Mandarin)

Job Description:

  • Conduct departmental periodic QA/QC including but not limited KYC, Transaction Monitoring, TTMS
  • Establish and improve the related procedures with QCU
  • Review transactions/customers in view of the departmental control procedures and identify areas of improvements
  • Prepare reports and analytics as needed
  • Identify, assess, monitor and report operating, compliance, & reputational risks/issues for department
  • Set up various risk type parameters, perform self-risk assessments, bank program reviews, monitoring and reporting
  • Escalate risk issues appropriately as needed
  • Conduct departmental Control Testing
  • Assist QCU Section Head in managing audit and regulatory requests as central point of contact
  • Conduct quality reviews of documentation such as agreements prior to finalization
  • Participate in GRM record reviewing project leading by CDO and other special projects or duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 3-4 years of Quality Control / Quality Assurance experience is required
  • 3-4 years of Banking experience, w/Trade Services is preferred
  • 1-3 years of Risk Assessment related experience is preferred
  • Ability to write and type in both English and Chinese is preferred
  • Ability to read, write, analyze and interpret general business literature is required
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
  • Good communication skills is required
  • Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred
