Overview:

The RCM Business Analyst / PMO works with departments across the Americas Division to perform Business Analysis, Testing and PMO support for Regulatory Change Management Group matters. This includes the analysis of business requirements for regulatory change management IT (vendor) solution development, end to end ownership of User Acceptance and provide support for the development of management reporting for the Regulatory Change Management (RCM) program. Support production of data analytics, metrics, and management information necessary for appropriate management oversight and effective RCM program execution. Ensure there is a collaborative and coordinated approach to all related work streams and business lines to drive the change required.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support UAT testing activities for RCM RegTech tool which includes (but not limited to):
    • Development of end-to-end UAT approach and plan
    • Development of UAT test scripts
    • Development of training materials for UAT (as needed)
    • Coordination and support of UAT stakeholder calls (UAT overview, training, test execution etc.)
    • Leading or supporting defect management calls (based on agreed frequency) with the RegTech Tool and data vendors
    • Development and distribution of UAT metrics to project team (as needed)
  • Co-ordinate (and supplement) the RegTech Tool QA testing activities with the internal QA team.
  • Assist with performing key RCM operational activities related to the analysis for Regulatory Requirements Inventory and maintenance of key documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings and report/escalate matters as appropriate.
  • Tracks status of initiative, projects, and milestones and circulates information in weekly and monthly status reports, as needed.

Qualifications:

Overall 7+ years of banking, financial services or consulting work experience with:

  • 5+ years of UAT and Business Analysis experience within Financial Services
  • Previous experience coordinating and supporting end-to-end UAT for regulatory projects
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
  • Experience with testing, requirements management and reporting tools
  • Experience performing analysis on large volumes of data to identify patterns and issues
  • Prior experience managing business projects with significant technology development or interfacing requirements through life cycle of project
  • Self-starter, motivated and proficient in organizing and tracking progress on multiple tasks and projects with strong follow through and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills; professional maturity and confidence in expressing a point of view with senior management.
