  • Responsible for the process for Regulatory change Adherence within the Americas region (incl. US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and Cayman Island), including assessment and understanding of regulatory changes impacting the client within the Americas region and/or globally due to extraterritorial impact of the regulatory change identified in the Americas region. Manage strict process timelines within the Americas region
  • Stakeholder engagement within the Americas region, especially business line compliance officers on their assessment of regulatory change as well as awareness raising of changes within the region to multiple stakeholders
  • Supporting global head of Regulatory Adherence with multiple global deliverables, including audit requests, feed provider engagement, policy/procedures drafting and reviews, and data requests. As well as support process enhancement within a new technical solution for regulatory change


  • Have extensive knowledge of the US banking and financial services regulatory regime and US organizations lifecycle for regulatory change. Also, good understanding of banking and financial service’s regulatory structure and themes globally, specifically within the EU
  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders proactively and professionally. Be able to communicate clearly on regulatory changes, both in presentations and written materials (e.g., excel and power point reports) as well as influence stakeholders more broadly
  • Ability to manage large sets of data with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, organized, analytical, and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and collaborate as necessary with team members
