Job Description:
- Provide day-to-day support for regulatory examinations and inquiries, maintains records of regulatory
- Communicate, track and coordinate regulatory inquiries with internal stakeholders
- Assist Management in the tracking and preparation of status reports and regulatory updates
- Promptly communicate regulatory requests/inquiries and deadlines to internal stakeholders, across all lines of defense
- Properly track and follow-up to ensure timely internal review, approval, and submissions, and escalate issues of timeliness to supervisor, as needed
- Assist with quality review of regulatory submissions, including providing recommendations and guidance, to ensure deliverables meet strict deadlines and fulfill regulatory and quality standards
- Maintain comprehensive records of communications and regulatory affairs in line with both the Bank’s policies/standards and regulatory expectations
- Coordinate with various Bank-wide departments and LCD teams to facilitate the exchange of regulatory-related information and status updates for inclusion in periodic reporting to Management and committees
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 5+ years of relevant work experience on banking or financial services is required
- Experience in Financial regulatory/legal related area is required
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to be a team player are required
- Ability to work in fast paced environment is required
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required
