Responsibilities:
- Maintain the CRM systems including updates, enhancements, building reports, manage dashboards, workflow, and security
- Monitor end-user usage of systems, daily support tasks, custom built applications, management experience required.
- Ability to manage team of 4 and interact with management at all levels.
- Position reports into the CEO.
- No finance background or banking experience is required.
- Salesforce CRM certification required.
