Job Description:

 The consultant will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Compliance training programs’ implementation:
    • Facilitate the preparation of compliance training programs
    • Communicate with different parties on training expectations and requirements
    • Track training completion status
    • Assign and monitor new hire compliance training and new consultant training
  • Learning Management System Maintenance
    • Perform monthly account review
    • Perform data cleanup and upload
    • Generate training reports on an as needed basis
  • Annual Assessment Project
    • Participated in the system testing
    • Coordinate training arrangement
  • Other training related tasks
    • Process training forms
    • Consolidate training records

 Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience is required
  • Proficient with Microsoft office especially excel
  • Be detail-oriented and patient
