Office Status: Hybrid
- The incumbent will analyze BSA/AML compliance training needs, develop training plans and curriculum and deliver courses in conjunction with Human Resources Department.
- In addition, s/he will develop and implement the BSA/AML Annual Training Needs Assessment and Training Plan.
- Furthermore, s/he will build out and manage the overall Compliance Training Team and ensure all mandatory and non-mandatory training modules are delivered timely and to the appropriate line of businesses; s/he will liaise with Human Resources Department (“HRD”) to ensure all course materials, exams, sign-in sheets and evaluation forms are logged and tracked
