International investment bank located in Midtown Manhattan looking to bring on board a “Vice President, Compliance Surveillance Analyst” to join their team. This role is currently in a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).


• Perform surveillance of electronic communications to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Escalate exceptions to business and Compliance management along with supporting documentation; Prepare metrics for monthly and quarterly reporting
• Provide communications reporting for the supervisory dashboard
• Moderate the monthly Data Protection Committee meeting including the agenda and minutes
• Maintain an audit trail of all investigations
• Work to improve efficiency of rule sets through observation and testing
• Conduct targeted investigations in connection with special requests from management or related to issues uncovered in daily surveillance
• Support the onboarding of new surveillance technologies and Perform UAT testing as required.
• Maintenance and development of procedures related to electronic communications monitoring
