Salary: $110,000 – $200,000
Responsibilities:
- Dynamic Laws, Rules and Regulations (LRR) Risk Assessment
- Lead Dynamic LRR program in design, implementation, and coordination with Head of Annual LRR
- Establish Dynamic LRR Program for ongoing assessment of changes in compliance risk profiles of regulations and/or products based on regulation changes, new products, changes in strategy or market conditions, and regulatory focus
- Execute regular updates to Dynamic LRR, coordinating with compliance subject matter experts, risk teams and bank product teams, as necessary
- Perform analysis of changes in risk profiles
- Design reporting to Compliance senior management, bank management and governance committees
- Coordinate changes for inclusion in Annual LRR process
- Create and revise training and policies & procedures as necessary
- New Product Approval (NPA) Bank Compliance Quarterback
- Manage and coordinate NPA process for Bank Compliance team
- Prepare and lead meetings with stakeholders regarding Regulatory Analysis
- Explain and document the applicability of a regulation to a proposed new product to stakeholders
- Coordinate checklists and supplemental checklists along with required Bank Compliance approvals (such as testing, training, policies leads) within proscribed deadlines
- Provide reporting on status of NPAs to Compliance management and governance committees
- Monitor Bank Compliance submissions for completeness, accuracy and consistency with policies and procedures
