Top 15 investment bank is looking for a new VP of Bank Regulatory Reporting and Policy. This is an extremely technical position that will be the US lead for all bank regulatory reporting and communicate internally with the global CFO as well as outside regulators. Experience with identifying and implementing process improvements. From a technical standpoint it’s important that this person has experience testing to reporting of US Regulatory Reporting regulations.

They will manage a small team and essentially be the face of the entire group. This team works excellent hours, position will be 3 days a week WFH

  • Support the Regulatory Reporting Policy Dept to develop, document, and maintain key rule interpretations and guidance for U.S. regulatory reporting requirements (LCR, NSFR, BASEL, SA-CCR, SCCL, FR 2052a, RWA, FRY 15, FRY 9C, FFIEC 002 etc.)
  • Keep track of and provide guidance to relevant stakeholders for new and emerging U.S regulatory rules and requirements.
  • Work closely with business or other stakeholders to resolve emerging regulatory reporting requirements and respond to questions related to the regulatory reporting policies and standards.
  • Assess regulatory reporting impacts and implications on the company’s new products, new trades and complex business transactions provided by the Controllers regulatory reporting teams.
  • Participate in industry forums related to regulatory capital, liquidity regulatory reporting, and other major regulatory reports.
  • Assist the Regulatory Reporting Policy Dept head to provide technical expertise to shape the firms comment letters on all evolving regulations


  • 6+ years of regulatory reporting experience within the investment banking industry
  • Knowledge of FR Y15, FR Y9c
  • Knowledge of capital markets/investment banking securities
