  • Draft and maintain Credit policies and standards with consideration to regulatory and internal stakeholder feedback
  • Support remediation and delivery of regulatory and internal and external audit commitments
  • Provide thought leadership and clearly articulate business requirements to execute key projects
  • Project manage initiatives that improve efficiencies
  • Ensure effective governance through oversight of key committees and controls
  • Assist with human capital matters such as hiring and training


  • Equivalent experience of 5+ years in financial services; experience in COO-like roles and in Credit Risk Management is preferred
  • Ability to succinctly communicate with and present to senior management
  • Aptitude to effectively manage multiple priorities with limited oversight
  • Exceptional attention to detail
