Office Status: Hybrid (3 days per week)
Salary: $130,000 – $170,000
Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate a comprehensive and integrated Compliance function through effective management of the Compliance teams and the establishment of uniform standards of operation amongst the various entities within the region.
- Establish standards and for coordinating the governance program across all business lines on behalf of the regional Compliance operations.
- Review existing policies and procedures to assess against regulatory and industry standards
- Devise and design new policies and procedures for CUSO Compliance and the entities within the CUSO, as well as compiling and producing associated management reporting.
- Support the development and maintenance of the Annual Plan in accordance with Compliance practices policies and procedures.
