Salary: $110,000 – $230,000
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining, updating and implementing enterprise-level risk governance policies and procedures based on relevant regulatory requirements.
- Preparing and maintaining the agenda, reporting materials & meeting minutes, as well as support the functioning of risk committees.
- In addition, s/he will promote the implementation of risk governance policies and procedures, and prepare and consolidate risk management reports as required by management and regulators.
