Overview:
- Responsible for all aspects of the Bank’s risk governance activities to satisfy regulator’s requirements, enable appropriate risk management and support business development, including maintaining/improving the Bank’s risk governance framework, coordinating the highest level of risk governance committee for the Bank and Combined US Operations (“CUSO”), supporting the Chief Risk Officer (“CRO”) in promoting risk culture and driving critical risk management initiatives, managing communications with Head Office, maintaining the Key Risk Indicators (“KRI”) inventory and procedure, and other relevant activities.
- S/he will design and implement bank wide risk governance initiatives including control testing, regulatory or audit finding remediation, Head Office exercises, and other risk management initiatives; in addition, s/he will monitor the effectiveness of KRI structure and improve as needed.
