Office Status: Hybrid

Salary: $125,000 – $150,000

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with U.S. Institution risk teams to implement and continuously improve the consolidated liquidity and market risk management practices, ensuring
    compliance with Regional risk appetite and limits as well as conformity to Regional policies and procedures
  • Maintain liquidity and market risk management policies and procedures, reporting manuals, and other major documentations at CUSO level; ensure compliance
    with applicable regulatory requirements as well as soundness of assumptions adopted
  • Produce CUSO aggregate liquidity and market risk management reports for Regional Management, Committees, Head Office, and other audiences as required;
    Perform quality control on liquidity and market risk data to ensure the integrity, completeness, and consistency of CUSO reports, including but not limited to: appetite
    and limit monitoring, risk profile analysis, stress testing, forecasting and back-testing
  • Monitor and report on regulatory requirements and actions related to liquidity and market risk management from the regulator, and analyzes any potential impact
    accordingly; monitor macro-economic environment and financial market trend and analyze related impact on the CUSO liquidity and market risk portfolio
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of models and control processes integral to CUSO liquidity and market risk management with analytical skills
  • Support in handling the requests and inspections related to liquidity and market risk, such as internal/external audit, data validation, and regulatory exam; take initiative
    to timely remediate any issues identified in related areas
  • Coordinate for regular liquidity risk assessment on new and important product lines; assist in contingency funding plan testing and subsequent analysis reporting
  • Organize and conduct liquidity and market risk management related trainings to the U.S. Institutions and/or other required audience
  • Act as risk managers with the responsibility for identifying, acting on and escalating risks and are held strictly accountable for the failure to discharge the risk
    management duties
  • Be responsible for demonstrating risk awareness by following all policies, procedures, and internal control in the daily routine
