Tier 1 international investment bank located in Midtown Manhattan looking to bring on board a “VP, Regulatory Change Management” to join their team. This role is currently in a hybrid capacity (3 days per week).

Responsibilities:

•     Oversee and support the Regulatory Change Management Framework for US Operations.
•     Timely review and analysis of regulatory changes issued by the federal prudential and securities regulators (FRB, FDIC, SEC, CFTC, FINRA, NFA, etc.), and the accuracy of such analysis produced by team members.
•     Effective communication and engagement of relevant stakeholders across the firm with respect to regulatory developments affecting the firm’s activities.
•     Continued awareness of new and key regulatory developments, producing deep-dive analyses and briefs as necessary.
•     Ensuring regulatory changes are appropriately actioned, including monitoring progress of implementation projects.
•     Provide training and coaching, as appropriate, to ensure continued development of required analytical and technical skills of more junior team members
•     Lead the production of data analytics, metrics intelligence and management information required to ensure appropriate internal and external reporting, and oversight of the work performed.
•     Lead the ongoing development and maintenance of the GRC system, its underlying taxonomy and methodology.
•     Support the Head of Regulatory Change Management in establishing governance around the Framework, including coordinating and setting agendas for the forthcoming forum on regulatory change.
•     Assist the Head of Regulatory Change Management in key strategic initiatives on an ad-hoc basis.
