Office Status: Hybrid

Salary: Up to $200,000

Responsibilities:

  • Understand needs of prospective clients and identify potential business opportunities with prospective clients;
  • Establish and maintain business relationships (with the support of supervisors when necessary) with clients and engage in delivery of solution, products and services appropriate to improve client engagement;
  • Originate FID transactions, coordinate and engage in the execution processes and actively monitor and manage client risk;
  • Complete timely and in-depth credit analysis proposal and perform credit risk management responsibilities to ensure adequate precautions are available to minimize credit risks, including ongoing interaction with Agent Bank and customers for purposes of ongoing risk analysis, completion of annual reviews, and also evaluation of additional business opportunities;
  • Understand the ML/TF risks posed by the customers/counterparties/relationships and proactive in assessing, monitoring controlling and mitigating the risks;
  • Ensure the timely completeness and accuracy of KYC profiles for newly on boarded customers and subsequent scheduled or event driven reviews;
  • Respond to various ad-hoc requests from clients and coordinate between branch departments/functions to ensure information needed for business application, assessment, approval and monitoring is readily accessible;
  • Comply with the Branch’s policies and procedures and only conduct business activities with approved customers that meet the Branch requirements as detailed in the Branch policies and procedures;
  • Assist Head of NBFI Team and FI Department Head on other ad-hoc tasks within the department.
  • Act as risk managers with the responsibility for identifying, acting on and escalating risks and are held strictly accountable for the failure to discharge their risk management duties;
  • Be responsible for demonstrating risk awareness by following all policies, procedures, and internal control in their daily routine.
