Retail bank looking to bring on a new “OFAC Analyst” to join their team. This role is currently 100% remote.

Responsibilities:
• Function as Subject Matter Expert for OFAC and BIS Sanctions.
• Review and adjudicate transactions that contain potential OFAC sanctions.
• Review and adjudicate potential names matches to OFAC and PEP lists.
• Assist with the preparation of OFAC Block/Reject reports and submission of the Annual Blocked Property Report.
• Compile Sanctions related information for senior management, regulators, and auditors.
• Assist bank personnel with reviewing potential OFAC suspects from OFAC alerts and inquiries.
• Preform targeted research on certain parties to determine if there is a sanctions nexus.
• Serve as a resource for questions regarding BSA/AML/OFAC policies and procedures.
• Provide support to sanctions training initiatives.
• Stay abreast of changing regulations in the OFAC and BIS space.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
