Model Risk
An international bank operating in the United States reached out to us to help support the build-out of a new Model Risk Management function, following SR 11-7 supervisory guidance. Over a period of a few months, we were able to successfully identify and place multiple candidates who had relevant Model Risk experience, coming out of more mature US financial institutions who had already faced this regulation.
Operational Risk
A Canadian Bank growing their presence in the United States contacted Madison Davis to partner with building out a 1.5 Line of Defense Operational Risk program. We successfully identified multiple candidates, filling several positions at the AVP, VP and Director levels covering a variety of different business lines.
VP, Underwriter - Commerical Real Estate
A regional US Bank with a growing Commercial Real Estate portfolio contacted Madison Davis to help find a Vice President candidate to strengthen their team. We identified a short list of candidates with the specific Real Estate coverage experience. Over a month period we were able to successfully identify the right candidate, handling the offer and onboarding process.
Credit Review
A global commercial & investment bank based in Asia contacted us to help revamp their Credit Review function. The firm’s portfolio consisted of wholesale commercial and counterparty FIG credits.
