PE sponsored Finance company seeks a CFO who will have responsibility for Treasury, Accounting and FP&A to be based in Southern California. Individual will have responsibility for a staff of 40+ and be a major part of the company’s growth engine.

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting & Taxes

  • Corporate policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Accounting Operations
  • State, Federal, & Local Taxes
  • Audits & Compliance


  • Maintain optimized capital structure
  • Oversee Cash management

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • M&A Analysis
  • Business Analysis
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Strategic Planning
  • Business Process Improvement

Job Qualifications

  • 7-10 Years of Experience in the following areas:
  • Forecasting
  • Strategic, Financial, and Capital Planning
  • Acquisition & Joint Ventures
  • Complex Business Analysis & Modeling
  • GAAP and Cash Basis Accounting
  • Budgeting & Performance Analysis
  • Business Process Improvement
  • Bachelors in Business with Major in Accounting and/or Finance, MBA a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel.
