Office Status: Hybrid
Salary: $100,000 to $150,000

Responsibilities:

  • Assess credit risk management program and make improvements as needed;
  • Assess Loan Committee and its Charter for appropriateness of structure;
  • Maintain loan policies and procedures;
  • Monitor loan portfolio, including problem loans, special assets management, and allowance/provision for credit losses;
  • Evaluate underwriting and credit analysis processes to ensure they appropriately identify potential risks.
