Office Status: On-Site
Salary: Up to $210,000

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned accounts, where necessary, normally of complexity or time sensitive
  • Review and analyze credit proposals prepared by the Front Office timely
  • Joint due diligence vetting and analysis on potential transactions
  • Prepare credit assessment including adjudication opinion, projections and stress test, to be reviewed by the Senior Credit Officer prior to CAC submission.
  • Present and defend cases in the Credit Approval Committee (“CAC”).
  • Vet that all applicable CPs have been satisfactorily met prior to closing/funding.
  • Review GCMS entries, including covenant compliance, accordingly
  • Review legal documents with the focus on credit terms (covenants, collateral, amortization, interest rates and other special items)
  • Record Keeping – maintain and archive required documents
  • Post disbursement – prepare jointly with the RM, interim and scheduled annual review on a timely basis.
  • Post disbursement – attend to all audit, loan review and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide feedback on the transaction merit (incl. green lighting) and writeup quality, including data accuracy, on a timely basis.
  • Provide sign-off before the SCO review.
  • Serve as center of expertise of assigned sectors and products.
  • Coach junior staff on subject matters.
  • Support Credit MIS including portfolio analysis and periodic reporting.
  • Support credit policies, procedures, and training.
  • Other requirements may arise as per the growth of the portfolio.
  • Act as risk managers with the responsibility for identifying, acting on and escalating risks and are held strictly accountable for the failure to discharge their risk management duties.
  • Be responsible for demonstrating risk awareness by following all policies, procedures, and internal control in their daily routine.
