Responsibilities:

• Process ESI using RelativityOne (includes duplication, culling/filtering, text/metadata extraction, OCRing non-searchable files, tiff conversion, error/exception handling and quality control).
• Manipulate data using MS Access and other tools.
• Load electronic documents (images, metadata, native files, transcripts, videos, etc.) into databases for attorney review. Systems include: RelativityOne and Case Notebook.
• Create electronic document productions: RelativityOne (conflict checks, redactions, endorsements, etc.).
• Review and validate tiff images, native files, load files and transcripts/exhibits.
• Support Specialists, Senior Specialists and Project Managers on matters and projects. Provide coverage for Litigation Technology helpline and department e-mail.
• Troubleshoot litigation technology systems and databases. Assist with system upgrades and server migrations.
• Maintain media inventory database (chain of custody). Create and copy media. Setup department laptops – install and configure applications (load case databases, images, etc.).
• Provide technology support at depositions and trials (set up Real-Time LiveNote Connections, trial war rooms, presentation systems, etc.).
• Manage small matters with the assistance / oversight of a Specialist/Senior Specialist.
• Train and mentor other Analysts in the department.
• Other responsibilities as they are assigned as needed.
