Financial Services Client
Office Status: Hybrid or Remote (Must be residing in Chicago)
Compensation: $150,000 – $175,000
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will lead the structuring, underwriting, closing, and ongoing management of a wide variety of commercial transactions in the restaurant and fitness industries inclusive of recapitalization or refinance, development, acquisition, remodel, real estate, working capital, and capital markets/syndications; lead the analysis, underwriting, origination, and servicing of loans in a high production, growing commercial and corporate portfolio; successfully underwrite, close, and manage a portfolio of commercial loans.
Qualifications:
Highly proficient at financial statement analysis and modeling and preparing written analysis to support investment recommendations.
Minimum of four years of commercial underwriting and portfolio management.
