Salary: Up to $180,000 (bonus & commission not factored into salary)

Qualifications & Description

  • The Syndications Attorney will be on the front line for inquiries related to syndication transactions and will consult and work with senior leaders and peers
  • This attorney will be responsible for the closing of syndication transactions including negotiation, review and execution of files, and other syndication related issues, in addition to reviewing and correcting Syndication Administration drafts
  • This attorney will negotiate and have direct contact with investor counsel, trustee counsel, and outside counsel on sale and related trust document changes
  • This attorney will also advise and assist with investor lease issues and questions, closing documentation request, and post-sale document needs, such as obtaining fully executed originals, amendments, and managing Lessee request requiring investor approvals
  • Additionally, this attorney will actively engage in trust-related company projects related to syndications and will assist where requested to support lessee lease negotiations
  • Other duties as assigned, including special projects
