Title: Transaction Advisory Services Consultant

Office Status: Hybrid in office 2x-3x times a week

Salary: $100,000-$130,000

This firm is looking for a Transaction Advisory Services Consultant to join their small team of five. On this team there will be a main focus of M&A advisory that includes a robust assessment of financial and operational drivers. This person will work alongside the CPAs, MBAs, technologists, fraud experts, valuators, and former business operators.

Details:
-Participate in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, specific to the healthcare industry, with both private equity and strategic corporate buyers and sellers.
-Perform quality of earnings assessments
-Analyze the financial operations of target companies and identify issues that may impact the purchase price.
-Understand and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies.
-Communicate due diligence findings in a formal report.
-Interact with the other functional areas of the practice including tax, audit, and other consulting practices.
-Maintain active communication with clients to manage their expectations, ensure client satisfaction, and make sure both firm and client deadlines are met.

Qualifications:
-Previous experience with acquisitions, divestitures, and/or financial due diligence.
-Aptitude for creatively solving problems and fixing things through critical and outside-the-box thinking.
-2-3 years of recent public accounting or consulting experience, with a focus on audit and/or transaction advisory within the healthcare industry.
-Strong knowledge of accounting, with experience analyzing financial statements and projections.
