Global commercial bank located in Midtown Manhattan looking to bring on board a “VP, Corporate Compliance Program Attorney” to join their team. This role is currently full-time in office.

 

Responsibilities:

· Manage the Branch’s Corporate Compliance Program and Policies, including, but not limited to: Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy, Conflicts of Interest Policy, Customer Interaction Policy, Insider and Affiliate Transaction Policy, Personal Trading & Insider Information Policy, Outside Business Activity Policy, Gifts and Entertainment Policy

· Provide input into the Branch’s Fraud Program concerning conduct risk

· Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Corporate Compliance topics to internal stakeholders, providing input into the Corporate Compliance Risk Assessment, New Product Approval Process, Compliance Monitoring and Testing, and Corporate Compliance Training.

· Administer the Regulatory Change Management process, ensuring the tracking and timely response to regulatory changes.

· Review and disposition any submitted Outside Business Activity requests, Gifts, and Entertainment requests, and any other raised potential Conflict of Interest. The candidate may be called upon to participate in conduct reviews and investigations related to any breaches.

· Provide advice and guidance on applicable U.S. Regulations to the First Line of Defense.

· Provide reporting on Corporate Compliance developments, emerging risks, and MIS in management committees.

· Respond to regulatory requests for information
